I am trying to figure out what is causing the P0171. I am really not sure what is going on but the check engine light came on yesterday and i checked it out on the obdII scanner but before the code poped up the car was acting kinda weird for the past few months like Driving on the interstate at random times only happens once every few weeks but it feels like the car has no power ( only happens for a second or 3 ) then returns to normal. I was asking my brother he thought that it may need a new disturber before the check engine light came on. I will try to give as much information needed.

1.Intake Air leaks and MAF ( the MAF is showing steady PSI on OBDII Scanner)
2.Faulty Front heated oxygen sensor ( it is showing but it is jumping up and down on the scanner shown in video.)
3.Ignition misfiring (no misfiring has occurred that I have noticed.)
4.Faulty fuel injectors ( Have not checked this.)
5Exhaust gas leaks ( not sure how to check this.)
      6. Incorrect Fuel pressure (The OBDII does not show the pressure but does show that it is working)
      7. full take of new non ethanol gas
      8. Incorrect positive crankcase ventilation hose connection (not sure how to check that.
