Wondering what metal is used for the oem Honda cap and rotors, they look like aluminum but I’ve heard brass inserts are better and I’ve only seen those on some aftermarket caps and rotors like Wells.

Does that mean Wells brand is better?

NO I replaced my wife’s 99 honda civic 1.6L cap with a WELLS and it lasted about a month.

PUT AN OEM HONDA ONE! I replaced it with Honda OEM (more expensive) and it worked for going on 4 years.
