honda knock sensor

      I have a 92 Honda prelude si with a h23a1 motor and I’m going to change the knock sensor but I can not find what to torque it to. and what I’ve read it is important for it to be torque right sorry for bugging you sure you get a lot of these would really be helpful if you could let me know ty mike

        I think around 25 ft lbs. As long as you don’t over torque you should be fine, but I will look it up and let you know monday when I get to the shop if you still need to know

          My buddy says he did one yesterday and it’s 23 ft lbs

            great thank you very much i can just about always find it online but that one no ones seems to know, most people just tighten it down to whatever

              You can actually cause performance issues if you tighten down the KS too tight as the KS is very sensitive.
