Honda element error codes.

I’m going to get all codes this weekend. 09 element came up with rear o2 sensor slow code, replaced it and it came back. Now it gives error 66-1, battery disconnected code, pcm code and some others. Wouldn’t this possibly due to ground wire? The ground wire for negative terminal closes to motor is almost completely degraded.

New battery and a new catalytic converter. Converter had a spacer on it so that the sensor was not being read.
