I have a 98 Honda Accord LX 4cyl 4-DR – 4-speed Automatic
I’m installing a rebuilt engine and it appears I’m missing one dust ring/spacer (see attached pictures)that rests on the each end of the drive shaft that connects to each knuckle at the wheel bearing. I had a wheel bearing replace 2 summers ago on a cross country trip and I’m assuming it (the plastic spacer) was not reinstalled when the when the drive shaft was placed back into the steering knuckle. The drive shafts are about two years old and in good condition so I would prefer not to buy a new drive shaft just to get this single rubber dust ring. Does anyone know who manufactures Honda drive shafts and maybe I can cut to the source like I do for Denso parts. BTW the part is approximately 1&7/8th inches in diameter by 3/16 inch wide.
Thanks
