You haven’t mentioned any problem you’re trying to solve…though you alluded to “fc” which I’m guessing is fuel consumption.
Assuming that’s it, here’s a long ETCG checklist of things to check to get more miles per gallon:

        Yes.
Periodic valve adjustments are required for your engine.
Here’s an ETCG video on that:

Question.. can open air element or air intake increases Fuel Economy or same as having it as stock?

second question.. I have a plug in battery volt meter.. but it doesn’t go up to 13.5 volts even if the car is running with new amaron battery.. are this testers accurate or not? Thanks!

Auto manufacturers’ engineers dedicate much of their effort to improving fuel economy.
I doubt that any significant gain would result from an air intake modification.

There’s no way for anyone to know whether or not your plug in charging gauge is accurate; You will have to test that.

              Something to keep in mind.
Your engine operations are controlled by the ECM to operate with in specific parameters.
If you change one aspect of its operation the ECU will compensate other areas as much as it can to bring the operation back within those parameters
In order to obtain any change in operational parameters, you would need to alter the ECM programing.
