honda cr-v question

I purchased my 13 cr-v awd last summer (may) and ever since I took it off the lot and have been driving it I’ve noticed something. The vehicle makes a very loud low pitch humming noise when at 55-60 mph and you take your foot of the accelerator to coast down a hill. Is there something wrong with the vehicle or is this characteristic to the cr-v? Trans fluid is at normal level and was checked at last oil change (5000 miles). Not sure though if rear differential fluid was checked. Thanks for your help.

Try rotating your tires to see if the noise changes.
Also spin each wheel by hand to see if the noise is heard.
