Honda Civic strange noise

Hey,I have a 98 Honda Civic, d16y7. It has been having some problems since I got it but this noise is bothering me the most. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard anything like it or has any ideas. Thanks for the help

Are you referring to that intermittent clicking noise?

Okay,sorry. I should have given more information. Its a loud metal scraping noise. In the video its hard to distinguish but it starts near the beginning and a couple of seconds before it ends you can hear it stop. Its a constant sound like metal is being dragged across metal. It used to do it intermittently but now it is doing it right after I start the car and at different times while I’m driving.

My guess is a dry bearing that is being turned by the accessory belt.
