Honda Civic steering wheel unstable

It is 1996 Civic Ex coupe.

I just started to having this trouble 3 days ago.

When I drive down, I can feel my steering is wandering side to side.

I have to constantly correct it so it can go straight.

I replaced upper/lower ball joint, inner/outer tierod and aligned the car about 8000 miles ago.

I jacked up the car this morning and shook the tire, but nothing. It’s dead tight. no movement at all. I checked my front lower control arm bushings. little bit worn but I don’t see any movement as I shake my front tires side to side.

I rotated my tires front to back and still having trouble.

Only thing I suspect is my sway bar end link bushing is cracked both left and right. Is this making your steering wander or should I look else where?

There is no noise coming from front of the car at all. I mean not suspicious noise that is.

I’ll try to do some stuffs from that link.

It may end up being a PS rack problem. I have seen issues with some power steering racks causing issues like this. If you know everything is tight and that your tires are in good shape, this might be where I look next.
