The motor has a real bad knock. Told the motor was shot. Got a new one out of junk yard, but it is a d16y7 and has no place for the VTEC selenoid. Can I take rods and otherbpartsband exchange them in the d16y8 . everything looks the same same numbers on the inside of valve cover
