I am working on a 2003 Accord, EX 4 cylinder, Identical motor to my Honda(which has 375,000 good no issue miles on it) but got Code P0341, which in my manual it said the 4 cylinder has two sensors. Called the Honda dealer for verification and it has an intake and exhaust sensor, the code only gave me a bank 1
description and ?? only 4 cylinders>> what next step would pinpoint the intake or exhaust sensor??

which cam is closest too the intake manifold and which cam is closes too the exhaust manifold, typically with these engines the cam closes too the intake manifold is the intake cam that controls the intake valves, and the cam closes too the exhaust manifold side is controlling the exhaust valves, keep in mind that sometimes these sensors go off because of a chain with too much slack causing a bunch of play.
guessing its DOHC since it has two sensors for intake and exhaust side.
