So I replaced the front left bearing on my 97 accord ex. When I put the brake caliper back on I noticed the two pins were in the wrong spots. I tried switching them back according to the ‘G’ and ‘L’ but they wouldn’t fit. They’re in the wrong spots but the brakes work fine. Is it fine to leave them as is or should I rebuild the caliper?

If the pins cannot move freely then your braking will be effected. I suspect that you ‘rolled’ the rubber silencer on the slide pin and it’s causing it to bind in the bore, you MUST clean the bores thoroughly and make sure the slides are working properly for proper brake operation. If you did indeed roll the rubber part of the pin then remove it and discard it as you won’t be able to find another one unless you replace the caliper. Make sure you use silicone paste and nothing else to lubricate the slides.
