Honda Accord 2.0i 1996 Auto – Vibration when in D or Reverse

I have a 97 Honda Accord SE 2.2L non-Vtec and it seems to shake sometimes on “D” and “R” as well as “P”. it feels like if its going to stall. Once I give it gas it goes away. I have replaced the rear and front motor mounts, the spark plugs were changed 20,000 miles ago. I also cleaned the IACV and throttle body, replace the PCV valve because it was bad. I still have these shake/vibrations at times while at a light, other than that the car runs just fine. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
