Hi, I’m dne’;) I’m in Houston, Tx., I’ve been periodically watching video’s put on by Eric, and like his style of simplicity, hm, kind of like me;) A bit about yours truly, my father insisted that I take Auto mechanics in High school (1971-73) as my 3 brothers did as well. I did quite well, eventually took a job as a mechanic in a small family owned shop for 8 years, back when cars were easier to work on! I was ASE certified, but not as a Master Mechanic, but in front ends, brakes, tune-up, AC(including r12 and 134a), engine repair.
I have a well equipped shop and capable of diving into anything that I feel comfortable with~ man made it, and woman can fix it! 😉 My wonderful husband, Gary, let’s me buy just about anything for the shop that I want, within reason.I went to college after turning wrenches until tennis elbow(lateral epicondylitis) messed with me and became a physical therapist assistant for many years, met my second husband in ’04, and he allowed me to get dirty again~ working on whatever. I then put a blog up as in my signature http://www.Classiccarsandtools.com of my projects. I Love my garage and we’re fixing to add on another 2 car for me with a taller ceiling so I can get cars all the way up on my MaxJax lift banana: !
Well, need to get back out and work on my ’67 Mustang which decided to throw a monkey wrench into the fan by creating an electrical problem!
Sincerely,
dne’Me and my family at a Houston car meeting, The Nifty50ees. I have the Lucas Oil shirt on. The never seem to be finished truck behind us is my ’59 Chevy Apache
