Hey guys need some help locating a use engine

I have a 2004 dodge ram 2500 with a 5.7 hemi well two weeks ago the original engine with 284 thousand miles gave up on me and now I having trouble finging a used one…. Anyone have any ideas for me thanks any help is appreciated thank you

I was considering it a while back and it was hard as heck to get good answers or advice. What I found online did not inspire confidence. You should try auto recycle yards where they bring in wrecks and you know they take them apart and test them properly. Unless of course you intend to rebuild it them I suppse as long as it is not cracked you’re golden. Good luck .
