Little info on me. I started life working on cars at an early age. Always loved it and of course I am a total car guy. I started working in a scrap yard one year and decided hey, why not go work for a dealer? So I started as a porter and eventually moved up to be a mechanic at this top of the line Ford dealership. I ended up moving some 250 miles away and began working at a Dodge dealership. I have work on cars every since just not as a professional any longer. Just doing my own repairs and repairs for friends. I got into a factory, which ended up setting me up in a career as a truck driver. Now I am trying to heal from an accident when another truck driver drove into my big truck breaking my hand off my arm. 5 operations later, and a ton of meds I take daily, I am pretty much stuck at home. Which makes me want to work on cars again. A lot. I went from mild repairs to overhauling engines in the Dodge dealer. Replaced clutches on the manual vehicles but not a lot of modding. Which is what I really want to learn more about now. That about sums of my last 30 years in a nutshell.
