Hey, figured I’d do the introduction thing.
I’ve mostly watched the ETCG1 videos, been doing work on my own vehicles for as long as I’ve owned one, as long as I have the tools for what I need to do.
I have a mid-90s Cadillac, ran it about 80k miles (bought it at 140k), sitting in the driveway until I have the tools and time to fix it. Recently (few months ago) bought a ’77 Chevy K10, been using it as a daily driver and for hauling building supplies since, and with a little work (and a few shots of ether) that 37 year old 350 small block hasn’t let me down.
Sent an email to eric@… suggesting a video on carb tuning with his Fairmont, the next week the carb rebuild videos started coming up… I know it probably wasn’t from my suggestion but I couldn’t ask for better timing on that.
Just wanted to say thanks to Eric for his videos and hello to the other people on here – how’s it going?

Q: what’s the difference between a fish and a carbeurator
A: you can tune a carbeurator, but you can’t tuna fish. :dry:
