Hesitation uphill

Hi my lada samara is having a bit of hesitation, when gling uphill with the pedal to the floor especially at high speeds like 90km/h it will start to sputter whats the cause? Im thinking maybe vacuum leak at intake manifold or carbon deposits in carburetor ?

You’ll need to give a bit more information before giving you a specific direction to look.
But in general:
In need of a tune up.
Restricted air filter
Dirty MAP / MAF sensor
Bad fuel
Faulty fuel pump
Faulty ignition wires
Worn distributor components
Faulty battery
Vacuum leak
Just to name a few …

Its a 1.3 1989 lada samara, which i did replace all spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, all fluids, air filter replaced, battery replaced, intake manifold gasket and carburetor gaskets recently replaced but i cut gaskets to shape myself because i couldnt find them. Distributor is leaking a bit of oil also, everything else is still original as the car has only 25k miles. Recently i put redex in fuel to clean deposits
