Hesitates and sputters until 1800 rpm ?

2003 Mazda Protege 5, 185k miles
Recent tune up included: EGR, coils, wires, plugs, new headers, a proper sea foam treatment inside the throttle body, then new cat, and finally new O2 sensors.

From a dead stop, press down on the gas. The throttle position sensor jumps right up, but the engine will fight and sputter until it gets up to around 1800 rpms, then it takes of and runs like a champ. It has no issues shifting between the other gears the only issue is accelerating out of a stop.

I can’t find a vacuum leak at all using starting fluid Some of the lines are cracked so, I’m going to the store now to buy vacuum lines and rule it out.
What else would you look at?

I would clean the maf with the appropriate cleaner first. Then a fuel pressure gauge.
engine light on or any codes? Have you monitored any sensor data?
