We’ve all had experiences good and bad helping others. In this video I cover the topic as it pertains to auto repair. What are your experiences?

Since you like chokes here is the rest of the story:

This all started with a tuneup on my sister-in-law’s Nova. Now I had worked on many carburetors and was good at it so I was surprised (appalled would be closer to the truth) to find that I had screwed the carburetor on her car. But she was the patient sort and I kept going back until I was over to her house early one morning, set the choke yet again and it was fixed. So, that was all there was to it, the engine had to be stone cold. Start and run the engine for a few seconds, wait a couple of hours and fail.

In the next weeks, months and years I would encounter people having this same problem with this same carburetor with this same choke setup. So, not exactly a genius discovery but learned the hard way.

That’s actually how most of us learn. Including myself. 🙂
