Help to fix Acura Integra Steering Rack drip/leak

Hello everyone,
I am facing my next challenge with the Integra. Its a 1998 RS 5 speed M/T.
I recently found a drip on the ground, & by process o elimination have determined its coming from around the nut/screw on the Rack guide. Here’s a pic:

(the photo is actually side-ways here) but, You can see a small drop of fluid.
I have been advised there is an O-ring inside there.
Question: In your experience, will replacing the O-ring take care of this problem, or does this require replacing the rack entirely?

Do not remove that large nut on the power steering rack. It’s there to set preload on the PS rack. If you don’t get the preload correct, you can damage the rack. If it’s not a major drip I would leave it alone and in the future if you need a PS rack just replace the rack and be done with it. It’s very tricky trying to get the preload on a PS rack correct. There is a factory procedure and a special tool you used to do the job. If you can live with the leak, live with it for now. Just be sure to only top off with Honda PS fluid to prevent damage to the system.
