Depends what part that bolt is from? I would leave it alone either way

What are you asking? Why would you want to remove this bolt? What are you really trying to do?

Well that is a better question. Looks like the throttle body. I don’t think it’s leaking however. What you see may be normal residue from the PCV system. After a vehicle gets old you may begin to see more of this. Either way, I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.
