      This is a fuel rail assembly from a 2000 Odyssey. The thing attached to the top fuel rail right-side is the fuel pressure regulator.

      What is that thing with the yellow’ish plastic cap at the end of the fuel line (top right of image) called?

        It’s the pulsation damper assembly (p/n 16680-PCX-003)
