Help Identifiying a Cool Widget

I need help identifying a useful-seeming doodad I noticed in a video. Take a gander at the knurled “turning knob” attached to the 3/8″ extension highlighted in the image below:

Recognize it? AWESOME!

So what is the exact name and part number of this violently handy knob? I want to order a set for each drive size in my tool box, but I can’t find the thing either online or at any of the local auto parts stores!

I do not know who makes that one but, here is the craftsman equivalent

Though the craftsman ones do not hold up well. It is a knurled thumb wheel. Some actually ratchet also. Hope that helps.
