I would start out by checking your timing, maybe the timing belt jumped a few teeth

Definitely! There isn’t much else that would effect ALL FOUR cylinders at once. I doubt it is a head gasket as that nor

are there any other signs of a blown head gasket?? & even if the timing skipped

4 cylinders at once is almost exclusive timing or damage that occurred due to jumped timing. You can try to put a drop or two of oil in the cylinder and then test the compression to rule out rings.

I would also recheck Compression with a different compression tester.

jumped timing would keep your valves open longer so that you can’t build as much compression as the engine calls for.

Coolant in your oil could indicate a blown head gasket. if you have access to an air compressor you should do a leak down test. a jumped t/belt will cause your valve timing to be off causing a loss off cyl compression due to leakage out of a valve(s) not

Fuel filter is installed correctly..and i havent checked the mechanical because i dont know how to…i did notice that was a little bit oil in the coolant reservoir..this leads me to believe that the head gasket needs to be replaced

if the timing jumped, wouldn’t that also mean bent valves?

only if it was way off. i am thinking its timing or fuel washed down the cylinder walls

depends on if its an interference engine or not, to be honest i’m not familiar with honda engines so its hard to say

You can either do a a clear flood mode or you remove the spark plugs and let it sit overnight.
