Hey Eric, I own a 1995 Acura Integra B16/B20 GSR tranny swap, and I’m not getting power to my fuel pump. I replaced it and the main relay, tested both and they work. Car idled for about 10 minutes and then died when I shut the hood. Replaced battery terminal clamps and tighten everything down and checked all my grounds. Car still won’t start and I know pump and relay are good. I jumped the pins in the relay from 4 to 7 feeding 12 v directly to pump but I’m not getting power back there. Even though it worked fine before earlier that day. I’m really frustrated at my efforts and tired of my teg sitting in another town.

        Fuel pressure at the rail?

        Are you getting spark?

        Bad fuse?

Wiring harness laying on something hot after the trans install?

I have spark and I haven’t really thought to go over my fuses. Probably won’t have pressure at the rail without the pump getting power. What’s the chance of a diode being fried in my ecm?

Key on with no power to pump, check relay and fuse, try having someone manipulate harness while at fuse pump testing for power. Sound like you may have an OL.

I have power to pump now and pressure at the rail. Now I have no spark. Testing my coil and the other thing for fire. Compression from cylinder 1 to 4 reads 95 90 110 110. I read that those may be weak numbers for a b20v swap.should still allow all 4 cylinders to fire up though. After car is running may end up taking it apart and resurfacing shit and replacing all my gaskets. Also clean up all the grease and grime. Would a b20b head gasket be the best? I see some bad shit about fabricated gaskets. And what about non arp headbolts? Also are single gsr tranny gears available for transmission rebuild?
