My uncle lives in east aurora, I love visiting WNY when there’s not 3 ft of snow on the ground for 2 months straight 😉 Seems like my parts guys, at least in the bigger chains, always have amusing stories of well under qualified / knowledgeable people attempting to perform various automotive services haha

East Aurora is way north of me, I’m down toward the lovely (NOT!) Southern Tier. Speaking of the snow, this season has been utterly miserable. Honestly, the desert is calling my name. Anywhere that I can get nearly year round motorcycle weather, is looking pretty tempting at this point lol.

And yes, I surely can provide some unbelievable stories of DIY customers at my store. I’ll save those for later 😉
