(Airdrie, Alberta, if anyone’s interested.)
Dana’s the name; when I’m not dishwashing or exercising entrepreneurial efforts, DIY auto repair is my game – specifically on my daily ride, a 6th gen Honda Civic sedan (1997 EX, CDN) that has… a bit of character. Was lead to EricTheCarGuy after finding ChrisFix (who to some hilarity, I found via searching for info on aftermarket TPMS systems); been assembling a toolkit and learning how to fix my car ever since. In the last year, I’ve already done three oil changes, a seasonal tire rotation, and replaced most of the cooling system outside the radiator proper. (Actually, the cooling system repairs were what led me to ETCG in the first place.)
Also threw in a K&N air filter, but that’s easy enough on its own… anyway, I digress.I am here to learn – both how to fix cars, and how to avoid cursing in four languages along the way. Proud to say that EricTheCarGuy has been a phenomenal help in improving and enriching my life; his vids have been the tools I needed to keep me from sliding further into the gutter. Looking forward to seeing what the forum has to offer. 🙂
