Hi I’m a 17 year old teenager that has always had a love for automotive repair. I have always known the basic consept of a car and how it works but this has helped me further my knowledge and grasp onto the concept better . I currently live I a small town just outside of saltlake utah. I am currently doing a rebuild on a 75 dodge power wagon w100. And I plan on in a year or two quitin my part time job at jiffy lube and getting a job as a real tech.

Welcome! How goes the Jiffylube job anyways? I used to work for them a few years back and hated it to be honest. But i did learn a lot. So what is your experience and education with cars? Have you done any school work or are purely self taught?

I learned the basics from my dad. But the last year or so I have been going to my uncle whom is a tech and between him, these video. And me just trying to figure it out has taught me a lot. The jiffy lube job as of now is really slow I started ot to lon ago so they just barley put me under the hood but in my opinion its easy but fast id rather take my time and do the job right

Welcome! I’m old enough to be your dad but I am learning about repairing cars. This website and the YouTube channel is great. I have learned a lot by watching and reading. Good luck and reach for your dreams! 🙂
