I checked the fuses and they look ok.
My passenger side and rear ac ( I cannot even close the vents completely to prevent cold air from blowing ) does not blow hot air in spite of turning the temperature on the passenger’s side to 82 +. None of the heated seats are also working. Could someone just point how to troubleshoot and possibly where all the problem can be.
      This is for a SAAB 9-5 2000 2.3 Turbo v4 🙁

I think it would be best to address one problem at a time.

Just to verify this vehicle has dual zone for both the driver and passenger side?

The driver side functions as expected in heat and A/C? Driver side with A/C on you are able to blend heat into the system?

        Symptom:
The passenger side with A/C on does not blend heat? It is possible the blend actuator is not functioning correctly.
        Symptom:
The passenger side with heat on does not supply any heat? It is possible the blend actuator is not functioning correctly.

It might be the door is jammed causing the failure to blend or switch from coolhot or blend a warm temperature.

I think the Saab blend actuator is an electric motor not vacuum, if the door is not jammed verification the motor is operational is a good starting point.

Passenger side heated seat not functioning may be due to a connection issue under the seat.

Yes it does have dual zone.
I think blend actuator is just a plastic part
Read about it a little bit and found out I have to run an ACC diagnostics.
I will run this and post results over

Below site talks more about these problems
