I haved a leak of antifreeze inside my 2000 jeep grand cherokee lardo. I removed the entire dashboard and encounter a new problem… I don’t know how to remove the hvac unit out from the car. I don’t see any fastener that attached it to car body.

can some one help me out with this, and guide me on how to take the hvac unit out of the car…

      thanks for the help!!!!

did you check the engine compartment for bolts that go through the fire wall?

I agree, it is most likely bolted through the fire wall

When you did the repair did you remove the neg battery cable before working under the dash? I wonder if there may be a security system problem. When you turn the key, do the dash lights turn on? If it’s a security problem, there is often a clue from warning messages on the dash or maybe diagnostic codes…. Failing all of that, I would retrace your steps.

After dismantle the dashboard ones again I find the source of the power issue. I have forgotten to tide up a scrude that secure one of the main connection on the passager side.
