Hearing a Viberating or clicking noise

Hi, I have a Ford Freestar 2004. I’ve been hearing lately, that when I drive over 50 MPH, I will hear a noise from the front when I accelerate. The second I let go of the gas, it stops. Sounds a little like a clicking noise or something vibrating. Know what this might be?

First thought is a bad CV joint. Try and replicate the noise at slow speeds in an empty parking lot by turning the wheel full left or full right and drive in some circles. Also try the parking lot driving in reverse.
