yea so i changed the bulbs a long time ago on my secondary vehicle..said well they work.. i dont really drive it that much so, now i just fixed the busted plastic cover that covers it all..cleaned them both..they look like new…i dont get why there isnt enough power going to illuminate these bulbs. if thats it.. i inspected the actual bulbs and the one that is dimmest looks Brand new..so idk maybe new bulbs but i think its a power issue…anybody?

check power and grounds at lights. Clean battery terminals. Head light bulbs may just be old.

What type of bulbs, and what is your year/make/model? There are manufacturing differences between bulbs when they are made. It is possible that they aren’t dim but not aimed properly. Headlamp bulbs are designed to project a beam of light. If they are misaligned, the beam won’t project properly and they will appear ‘dim’ when they in fact aren’t, because of the angle of projection of the light.
