Headlight issue

I’am having trouble with the left front headlight on my 2008, Cadillac, Escalade ESV. I replaced bot the left and right HID headlight bulbs and ballasts. Both headlights come on when I unlock the vehicle at night for entry/exit lighting. They will stay on when I start the vehicle, but if I activate the driving/fog lights I lose the left front headlight low beam/ and high beam. If I turn the headlight switch on manually from the auto position I lose the left front headlight. If I turn the vehicle off and start it up again both headlights come on. I also fixed the grounds at the chassis below the headlight assemblies. I also replaced a driving light relay and the headlight switch on the dash.

try to remove fuse 28 (fog lamp) and re test. left fog lamp shares ground with left lamp. if problem is still there. try running a temp ground to battery –
