New to the forum, but not to getting dirty and car repairs. Hardheaded and persistent when things go wrong to get it right. Replaced the head gasket in a 1976 Monte Carlo (classic body) at 20 years young being too broke for the repairs and needing wheels to go to work. Now 30 years later have a 1999 Ford Taurus back up and running, a 2003 Honda CRV, and just bought a 1993 Ford Ranger XLT. I’m the tool geek of the house, my son in tow as he learns “you can do it if you apply your brain, resources, and assistance of experienced people.” Am a diehard old school chick, happily married to a man who has no interest in my tools but will help when brute force is needed. Am subscribed on YouTube to Eric’s channels and now with issues popping up with our “new” truck , here seeking advice and insights I may be overlooking. So hello to all!
