ARGH! My dad let his girlfriend drive his car in the snow for the first time ever, and she got stuck and ended up using cat litter to get un-stuck. That’s good and all, but now there’s dried up cat litter in the carpet, and on parts of the leather interior. How do I get it out without ruining the inside? The majority of it is in the carpet, but there’s a good amount on the door handle, which is leather, and the leather parts of the steering wheel.

Use an all purpose cleaner. Like Meguiars. The only thing that is probably “leather” is where you sit and rest your back, unless it’s like a Bentley or Maserati. Check out Auto Fetish Detail on YouTube, very good advice.

Unless it’s a F-150 king ranch that leather sucks to clean.

You could go to the dollar store and buy some cheap tooth brushes to work the fine particles out of crevices of the trim or what not.
Just have the vacuum hose ready to catch the debris. Or at the very least have a dry dish towel to gently knock it on the floor (ot vacuum up)

If it is freezing outside, you might have to wait til it warms up a bit OR vacuum after good drive when the heater is keeping the cab toasty.
