      Check for possible damage to the wiring in that circuit.

              Yea if you could get a look at a scan tool to show you what you’re looking at that would be a good start, that way you could see what the computer is seeing, it could be a problem other than the sensor or your ‘new’ sensor is bad but you wont’ know till y

                  The evap code should not cause the p0420. with the milage_x000D_
                  on the car. I believe the cat is worn out and can’t clean the emissions_x000D_
                  effectively anymore. if you can read live data. check cat o2 signal._x000D_
                  the voltage should hang around 0.5-0.8 v at cruise sp

                    The EVAP code will not cause the P0420 as they are unrelated systems.
