Fun cooling fan issues YAY!

1998 Mercedes-bez c230

My cooling fans wont come on. I let the car get hot “past normal temp” and the fans don’t come on. If i unplug the MAF the fans will come on at full speed. I cant find any temp sensor on the radiator so its gotta be controlled by the computer? any thought? FYI if i turn on the AC the fans wont turn on. The AC dont work. Also.. does the “temp sensor” measure pressure as well? and say if the cap is old it wont turn on the fans? I’ve noticed that like in my honda the upper and lower radiator hoses get stiff when the car heats up and goes under pressure. When i checked the Mercedes upper and lower radiator hoses after it was warmed up, they were not stiff at all?

I dont think its the relay, Only because when I unplug the MAF the fans come on at full blast..

IM SO CONFUSED!!!

Autozone shows a parts for Coolant Temperature Sensor but they dont even know where its located…. and i cant find anything online….

ok so the part im looking for is Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor BUT WHERE IS IT ON THE CAR?????????
