fule meter not working

hy again and thank’s for the previous help here is another i have faced in my sazuki potohar jeep my car fule meter are not suddenly working first time when i drive it, it will all ok after few day,s the fule meter are not shown the fule limit in my car….
What Can I Do?????

First hook it up to a scanner, verify what the meter is showing you roughly. If it’s close, then the display is fine, the sending unit is the likely culprit. Which is a float on a lever that’s a potentiometer, usually attached to the fuel pump assembly. You can yank them in many cases and clean up the contacts to get it to function again(as this is the usual issue), but if it’s that far-gone, in most cases it’s not worth the hassle, get a new one and be done with it. Otherwise you just get to do this a few weeks/months later if/when you want it to work right.

I would also consult a wiring diagram and so do some electrical testing before condemning the sending unit.
