fuel trims

My 2000 mitsubishi galant 3.0l idles horribly and stalls alot. The short term fuel trims are stuck at 24.9 and even when i give it gas the short term fuel trims stay at 24.9 although sometimes it will go down to 24.2 on just bank 2 then go back up. My long term fuel trims never set they are always at zero. I know the short term fuel trims are suppost tobe the base of long term fuel trims but the long term fuel trims are never being set. So how do i go about diagnosing this?

Yes this is a duplicate thread. I waited like 5 hours and havent recieved a reply on my last thread. I noticed college man replying to everyone elses thread but mine the whole time. I never attacked anyone directly all i said was its fucked up how he would awnser everyones questions but mine.
