Hello! I own a 92′ YJ and it seems it doesn’t want to start at times. Every now and again ill drive it for a bit, turn it off, and when I try to turn it back on, the fuel pump does not energize. I was informed by the previous owner that when he first got it there was a recall for the fuel system. (If that gives any useful background information.) I got a new relay for it and couldn’t find the fuse (I looked and found that its supposed to be in the same area as the relay but its not.) I’ve been told that it could just be a bad ground and the ground wire should be black with a yellow stripe. However I cannot seem to find it. If I could get some help from any of you that would be awesome! Thanks.

Could be a bad electrical connection or your pump is giving up. Since it is a 92 it could very well be the pump
The last I heard the fuel pump is only two years old. Im going to drop the tank and check all of the connections 🙂
In the back of my head I was thinking it wasn’t the original. But if there was problems since it was changed definitely check over the work that was done

That would cut off spark not the fuel pump. Correct me if I just had a stupid moment lol
