front brakes on a 2010 toyota corolla

I have 47,0000 miles on my corolla I had to put front brake pads on. When I back up and put my foot on the brakes I hear a clicking sound . Did I do something wrong or is something not put back wright. The brakes work fine and it stops ok. I made sure I used the silicon paste for the caliper slide pins. Thanks for your help Eric. I watch all your videos. I hope to come to your meet ups next year. Thanks again.

You may need to go over your work. Is the noise from the front?
Check all hardware clips are in place. Try jacking up the front and
spinning the wheels to try and replicate the issue.
