my 2009 expedition limited has 67000

wanted to service my front and rear deferential

should I just drain and add new gear oil, on both front and rear, what about the transfer case, drain and add new oil

I have look around, some say drain and re field, some say drain, open and clean up.

I was always told, don’t flush this, always drain, the only time the flush is use is on a rebuilt.

      any advise

At 67000 draining and refilling will be just fine.

Just drain and refill. Not an issue. If the oil comes out full of shavings the you have an issue. But such low milage, drain and replace

You should have magnets on the drain plugs which will catch a good portion of any metal in suspension.
