      Trying to figure out what is considered top pay in flat rate for master techs who specialize in European and Asian cars.

        I know a few automotive techs making $35 to $38 an hour commission rate. These guys work in an independent shop. It seems to me, independent garage pay more then the dealer. I hear diesel techs get a higher pay scale, if there on call 24/7. :woohoo:
