What type of diagnostic equipment does your shop use? Snap-on,Bosch,Launch,Geniysis,OTC, etc.
What pay scale are you receiving: flat rate,commission,salary, hourly, and or a mob inaction of any?
Do you work weekends?
Does your company provide uniforms,insurance,401k, sick days,break room,locker room,training rooms, etc. ?
Do you get paid full time while attending training?
How many bays are dedicated to you daily?
What is the service writer/ technician ratio?
Do you have to talk to customers regularly?
Do you work in an independent shop or a dealership?
Does your shop provide you with a laptop at your work station??
What is the most important key to staying with your current company?
Do you make suggestions to management or have weekly/monthly meetings with all employees to make work better for everyone ?

I dont work in a foreign only repair shop, but I answered anyway.

Do you work weekends? Saturdays sometimes

Do you get paid full time while attending training? what training.lol
How many bays are dedicated to you daily? 2
What is the service writer/ technician ratio? 1 for 5 techs
Do you have to talk to customers regularly? almost never talk to customers
Do you work in an independent shop or a dealership?independent
Does your shop provide you with a laptop at your work station??No, but there are a couple computers in the shop to access OnDemand5
What is the most important key to staying with your current company? No one else is hiring right now, plus I get to work with my Dad
