Do you have to work weekends? No (rarely happens: only if they want me to do overtime i’d do it)

What is the most important requirement at your workplace to keep you happy? Keep on learning stuff and the satisfaction of seeing your work is now on the road.

How many service writers do you work? 3 service advisors and one recently re-hired service executive
What is the ratio of techs per service writer? 0.8 I guess
I work mostly on fuel systems for trucks at the moment.
Hope I can move on to doing other stuff in the future.
