It sounds to me like when you put it into gear to push it or roll it thats whats helping it start so to me it seems to be pointing to your Park/Neautrual Safety switch going out. Id check your fuses too to be sure.

I agree, sounds like a park/neutral switch problem

ether the switch or loose linkage. i normally find its loose linkage.

Battery connections are good and clean and all the fuses are good also. So what about this park/neutral switch and linkages?

when in park and it dont start fiddle with the gear shift keeping it in park tho. if your wiggling helps and gets it to start then it is linkage or the nutral safety switch. i think the switch is located on the tranny where the shift lever is. the rod the

However, it may in fact be a issue with the neutral safety switch as stated earlier.

If you can start it in neautrual but not in park id suspect more toward the switch but again linkage would be a good suspect as well

I would check the linkage as suggested.
