Focus your attention to the Repair section…

Eric, I wish you would be more attentive to the actual “service and repair” section instead of focusing all of your attention to the “suggestion box”.

I appreciate your concern. However, since I started responding to more comments on my videos, there is less and less time for me to spend over at that section. Not to mention social media and the time it takes to edit my videos. Now that I’m posting 3-4 times a week, I have to edit just about all the time. All of this adds up to me working almost 7 days a week and time is at a premium. I do what I can but there just isn’t enough time in a day.

I have moderators to help at that section in my absence and I stand behind their guidance.

I apologize but there are way more of you than there is of me, and right now there just isn’t enough of me to go around.
