2006 TSX.
So here is what the locking mechanism is doing. When outside the car, I normally press the unlock button once, and the driver door unlocks. Press twice, and the rest of the doors unlock.
Right now, I am unable to unlock the rest of doors on the second click using the FOB. The driver side door is unlocking perfectly though when using the FOB, so it’s not the actuator issue like most people have. The FOB is opening the trunk normally and locking ALL the doors. The car even beeps then you press the lock twice. It’s just not unlocking the other 3 doors using the FOB.
Using the Driver and passenger unlock button inside the car, all the doors unlock and lock perfectly. No issues whatsoever.
When you Press the unlock on the FOB twice, all I hear is the actuator trying to unlock the drivers door again.
Here is what I’ve done so far:
– Tried 2 other FOBs, same issue
– Checked Fuse #8 Door lock (20AMP), tested ok
– Check all doors are fully closed.
– Removed Negative battery terminal letting car sit with no power. No luck there.
– I hear a relay clicking under to hood in the fuse box.Any thoughts?
