Can anyone reference me a reliable fluid extractor or electric siphon pump. I had one made by Penzoil that is carried by Wal Mart and other retailers that I presume many of you have seen. I was not happy with that product and I want to purchase something else to replace some ATF. I purchased a different one before that from AutoZone and the part you squeeze blew up in my hand.

Hmm, yeah, most of the ones I’ve seen are aimed at the cheep impulse purchase buyer, so they’re sold for like $7.99 and should really be near the other impulse items at the checkout line, next to the beef jerky, the Enquirer, and the deer-repelling hood whistles. And about as efficacious. The last one I bought, the clear tubing partially melted with the not-all-that-hot oil I was trying to suck out through the dipstick. Useless.

It does not look like the hosing would be long enough and it is too wide but I could connect the hosing of the one previously mentioned which I still have.
Do you guys think this one will work as I would rather not blow 20 bucks?
